These were altered between 1612 and 1619.  They would be a men’s US size 8 and 8.5 today.

Gloves probably made for Frederick II, probably 1220, Kunsthistorisches Museum These were likely made for the coronation of Frederick II in 1220.  The right glove still exists as well but it’s missing most of its embroidery.  It’s still interesting, though, because the lines drawn on to help guide the embroiderer are still visible.  I’d be afraid to move my hands in these.
