Fancy dress, 1912 the Netherlands, De Gracieuse
Looks like (left to right) a flock of birds*, Dionysus or a grapevine and one of those newfangled flying contraptions.
* Possibly with real stuffed birds if the era is any indication. The outfit was cute at first but now it looks like a massacre.
Childrens day dress (above) and children’s fancy dress (below), 1883 the Netherlands, De Gracieuse
From what I can tell, the fancy dress is (from left to right) Alsatian traditional dress (?), 18th century dress, Georgian traditional dress (that’s what it says but I can’t find any examples that look even vaguely like this).
Fancy dress, 1910 the Netherlands, De Gracieuse
(From left to right) Louis XIII-era costume (1601-1643), Louis XVI costume (1754-1793), Bohemian ethnic costume.
Portrait of Anne Fairfax in the Guise of a Shepherdess by Philippe Mercier, ca 1739-51, Fairfax House
Dressing for the Masquerade by Eugen von Blaas, ca 1860-85 Italy (Venice - German artist), Sheffield Galleries & Museums
Lady in Oriental Fancy Dress by Jean Antoine Pinchon, ca 1800-20 France, the Bowes Museum
Another “oriental” costume that looks completely French to me.
